Refund policy

At Rouge Mystery, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, lingerie, bodysuits, and intimate apparel cannot be returned once tried on.

2. Process

  • To start a return, email info@rougemystery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If an item is faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered if stock is available. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
